The Word Wasn’t New—But Suddenly, It Was Alive.

I realize now that I spent my whole life reading the Bible with my eyes closed—until Emmaus opened it to me.

“Thank you for the wonderful journey I have begun through your Emmaus Bible Study app.

I admit I was a bit skeptical at first, having no idea what to expect and hoping it wasn't just another profiteer putting their own spin on Scripture, failing to keep the unchanged Word, or teaching in a manner that debates everything to make people question their faith.

I’m so glad that I decided to give the Emmaus app, study courses, and tools a try. I've spent my whole life reading the Bible and struggling to understand certain things, while taking other things quite literally. I must confess, after beginning and continuing to study with Emmaus, I have learned so much more than I expected.

The lessons are very refreshing, easy to follow, easy to retain, and laid out in a way that is relatable, making everything clear. In becoming immersed in these study courses, I become a little more enlightened each day to things that have been right in front of me this whole time. I realize now that I have spent my whole life reading the Bible with my eyes closed.

Thank you for simplifying what I unintentionally overcomplicated. Thank you for this gift of greater understanding. I've only just begun my journey on the road with Emmaus, so I can't imagine how enlightened I'll feel once I complete all of these courses.

A truly wonderful, immeasurably valuable gift. I'm compelled to start these courses over from the beginning so I can share aloud with a friend who I often read the Bible to in the evening.
