Emmaus Worldwide is looking for someone to join us in our mission to glorify God by providing biblically sound resources and structured study materials that teach people from every nation to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord, grow in Christ, and share their faith with others.
The Operations Associate must be proficient with technology and have good organizational and problem-solving skills. He/she will be responsible for providing technical support to those using digital materials, as well as assisting with processing and shipping orders when a backup is necessary. Other responsibilities include reporting to and assisting the Publications Coordinator in creating digital access to our courses as well as administration and oversight of seasonal projects.
The Operations Associate must be a spiritually mature, born-again Christian who is in full agreement with Emmaus Worldwide’s Statement of Faith, Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well with others is essential, as part of this job involves connecting and maintaining relationships with ministry partners and individual students. The Operations Associate will need to become familiar with our materials and resources to be able to field questions from clients and partners. The associate will also assist our ministry partners in solving any technical and grading issues that may arise, connecting them with the necessary resources to help assist their communities well. This position can be full or part time.
