Marketing Lead (Full Time):
Emmaus Worldwide is looking for a Marketing Lead to promote awareness and recognition of the value of the Emmaus Worldwide brand in order to broaden the reach of the gospel through the increased use of current and future Emmaus resources. This position provides support to the ministry’s operations by creating and executing communication strategies to clients and ministry partners.
The Marketing Lead will be responsible to lead and train coworkers to assist in the following areas: identifying and targeting current and potential customers; diversifying and marketing through multiple sales channels; and communicating the ministry’s mission and its impact with constituents. They will also oversee the organization of promotional events and attend occasional conferences.
Strong communication and analytical skills are required, as well as being able to identify and solve problems in order to keep organization relevant and progressing towards strategic goals. They must also understand current market trends, effectively use social media and have a working knowledge of email marketing and campaigns. The candidate should be familiar with the following software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and customer relationship management software. Familiarity with graphic design, web design, and video editing would be a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the marketing field is required. The Marketing Lead reports to the Executive Director.
